With each new footwear launch, MUNICIPAL needed a fresh way to build excitement and give every release a distinct personality of its own. To bring each concept to life, I developed a series of campaign worlds created entirely with AI-generated imagery and video. From product-focused visuals to unexpected environments and motion, AI allowed us to push beyond the limitations of traditional production and create highly customized content tailored to the story, energy, and identity of each shoe. The result was a constantly evolving visual approach that made every launch feel new, while remaining unmistakably MUNICIPAL.
